Handling returns and exchanges

We know that sometimes you need to exchange or return an item. We've made it as easy as 2 simple steps!

IMPORTANT: Defective Items. If you received an item that was defective upon arrival, please call our Client Services Center immediately at 800-478-4703 or log in to your customer account and click on "Contact Support" to submit a case. It is important that you contact us before exchanging the item so that we may assist you with exchange shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available.

Exchange Policy* - To exchange for a different size, color or style:

1. For an exchange, all products must be returned within 30 days from the date stamped on your order packing slip.
2. Shoes must be returned in "Like New" condition.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Incomplete returns are not entitled to exchange, refund or store credit.
5. Must complete return form with reason for return.
6. Please complete the "Return and Exchange" form that was included with your order and please provide the reason for return.
7. Only purchases made directly from Gravity Defyer or GravityDefyer.com are entitled for exchanges.

30 Day Refund Policy** - To return your purchase for a refund:

1. All products must be returned within 30 days from the date stamped on your order packing slip.
2. Shoes must be returned in "Like New" condition.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Incomplete returns are not entitled to refund, exchange, or store credit.
5. Must complete return form with reason for return.
6. Only purchases directly from Gravity Defyer or GravityDefyer.com are entitled for refund.
7. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
8. Customers who purchased under our "30 Day Free Trial" program will not be charged for the product.
9. Customers who purchased with check or money order will be refunded by check within 25 days.

60 Day Limited Warranty – in addition to our 30-day money back warranty, we also provide an additional 30- day manufacturer defect warranty in the form of exchange or store credit only.

1. We are constantly improving our quality control and quality assurance programs, however, should you find your order has a defect in materials or workmanship, Gravity Defyer will replace the shoes with the same style or equivalent Gravity Defyer Shoes.
2. Gravity Defyer Shoes are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for up to 60 days from date of shipment that is stamped on your order packing slip.
3. Warranty is valid provided that the shoes have received adequate maintenance; have suffered no cuts, abrasions, or other damage; have not been subjected to abuse or mistreatment; and do not show excessive wear and tear.
4. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.
5. You will be responsible for a $15.00 shipping and handling fee for each pair of shoes to be replaced under warranty. Please provide with your return order form (.pdf), your credit card information, check or money order and your shoes to allow us to process your warranty replacement.

Return & Exchanges Process:

Step 1 – Complete the Return & Exchange Form
Print and fill out the Return & Exchange Form (.pdf).
Clearly mark whether you would like a return or an exchange. Please fill out the form completely including your order number and the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 2 - Repack and Ship
Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Double check to ensure you have all proper documentation enclosed, including the Return & Exchange Form. Remember to get a tracking number from your shipping carrier. †

Please allow up to 30 days from the time the item is received for your account to be credited or an in-house exchange to be processed. For refunds, allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
